It was a beautiful day for a run on May 1 on the Berryman trail. I thoroughly enjoyed running with JT Hardy, mayor of Sullivan and a great runner. He twisted his anke at mile 2, it was the size of a grapefruit. I rolled before mile 4. The Berryman people were not there with gatorade this week, so JT was a lifesaver with water and "Oh Yeah" -truly great tasing and effective energy bars.
